The USS Boxer LHD-4 leaving with elements of the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit for a cruise to the U. S. 5th fleet area of responsibility. The USS Green Bay LPD-20 and USS Comstock LSD-45 will accompany the Boxer on this deployment.

Vinson battlegroup homecoming.  Weather was poor, but I'm sure the crews didn't notice

That is the USS San Diego (LPD-22), a San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock.  Just arrived in town.
