So I guess that is an approved landing site.  I asked on of the pilots the other day if they were taking the 139 to Heroes and they said no since they did not have intake filters (2-3 months, on order) and can only land at approved sites.  You would think this pad gets dusty.

Nice shots Skip, my wife and I were in the Hollywood area and could see one of the fires out there.  Smoke was going really high and in an hour or so.  No smoke at all.   Quick work and probably the winds.
