That is the  challenge of helicopter photography , shooting at a low enough shutter speed to get rotor turn , but also to
get a crisp photo......both fun and frustrating.

Hey Damon, as soon as you called me I went straight to SMO and was waiting for the choppers to stop for fuel not none laded there lol. I also ate dinner there and is when I saw Rescue 5 flying towards the UCLA area from the South, i was wayyyyy to far so didn't take a shot of it.
