GREAT SHOT Glen!!.  Whats the tail code for the F-15?  I did not know he had escorts?  Or at least ones that were visable or that close.

Aww, man. Everyone but the one I wanted to see the photo.
No, that F-15 wasn't really there. I was just trying to have some fun with Keith since he was standing right next to me today at LAX.
It's actually a shot from Richard Seaman that I photoshoped in to create the effect. Here is the original image: http://www.richard-seaman.com/Aircraft/AirShows/PointMugu2004/Highlights/F15WithAfterburners.jpg
I was going to run with it until tomorrow but I figure I better come clean before something happens.
Sorry guys.  ::)

p.s. The shot of AF1 is really from today.
Canon stuff.

No joy ,marine layer was very thick,was already in clouds  when over the beach

At about 8am as I was coming down the 105 West, I saw the choppers (2 grey MH-53 followed by the two green and white HH-60s) fly east along Imperial and then do a nice break into the pattern into what looked like the south side of LAX.

I assume that the helos were repositioning after Marine One had landed or after AF1 had taken off.

It sure did look cool though!

Nice ones Fernando. Did you hear about the lady that had to be removed yesterday before Obama arrived. She was a reporter and was trying to give him letter to influence his stand.  I thought reports were suppose to be impartial.

Great shots Fernando. Those are perfect ;D I know what you mean by having a longer lens. I was in Vegas over the weekend and saw Air Force One take off from McCarran. I got some shots but it was with a 28-135mm from atop the Stratosphere. I will post over the weekend <angel>
