This Morning October 23, 2008 someone activated the fire alarm in the building where I work when a piece of test equipment began smoking when electrical wires over heated. The NAS North Island Federal Fire Department was summened to the scene. These two fire engines responded.

Nice!  On the old one did you blur the outside of the engine?

Engine 51, reminds me of the old "Emergency" TV show of the late 70's or early 80's. I kinda expected Kevin Thige and Randolph Mantooth to roll by in the Squad.

Yes, used Gaussian blur just to isolate it a bit more. Kinda over did it.

Kinda like this?

And that's actually Randolph Mantooth in the passenger seat of Squad 51.

And.. Engine 51, in it's second life at Yosemite National Park. It has recently been returned to LACoFD to become part of their museum.
