Nice shots.  Too bad they don't have Alcoa's on the ladder and heavy rescue.  They are much better looking than hubcaps....

Good job getting the action shots... wow, they've got a really ugly logo for the doors.  :-\

It represents the big "A" and Angel Stadium.  Never seen it?

Thank you Nate for the nice compliment on the action shots. Yes. That logo is the famous  Big "A" of The Anaheim Angels.

Surprised I've forgotten to post these until now.

Osaka, Japan.

Something you just don't see in the states.

Typical Japanese Fire Engine:

Unlike here in the states, instead of one large station wih all he equipment, there are many smaller stations with one piece of apparatus, like this rescue unit. Handheld 1/3 sec btw...

Osaka Ladder 15, Headquarters Station:

Advanced Suppport corps for Rescue.

Almost the last fire truck photo I ever took.....

Yeah guys I know what the big A is for, I just think it could have been done in a better looking way than just slapping a big nasty looking A all over the door.   ;) Incorporate it into the emblem or something, but it just looks like it was slapped on top of all of the rest as an afterthought.
