Have you ever considered how big a U.S. carrier really is?

Yes I have! I made All or parts of 7 U.S. Navy Cruises 6 onboard USS Enterprise (CVAN, CVN-65) and 1 full cruise onboard USS Ranger (CVA, CV-61) Most Flight Decks are 1,092 feet at the longest point and are 260 feet wide at the  widest point. About 4 1/2Acres of Soverign U,S. territory where ever it goes
