Visitng San Diego.  I am sort of bummed because I only had wide angle/short telephotos on me, and then a CH-54 Skycrane took off  behind the admin building.

Over Malibu, you can see the run off into the ocean -- be careful what you put down the drain-- it has to go somewhere. It was an awesome ride, my hat is off to the dedicated crew that keeps her flying!!

Planes of Fame Air Museum ( Chino)  this weekend only.

B-17 Bomber "Aluminum Overcast" is an example of the American heavy bomber that helped turn the tide of WWII.  Arriving on Thursday April 21 and departing on Monday April 25, 2011, this aircraft will be at the Planes of Fame Air Museum as part of its national tour. 

You can see and tour this historic aircraft and actually get to ride in it from Friday April 22nd through Sunday April 24th.  Flight prices for the public are $439 and $399 for EAA members.  Flight times are 8:00am, 9:30am, and 11:00am.  Ground tours are scheduled after flight operations and the prices are as follows:  adults are $5.00; family is $15.00 (adults and children under 18); children under 8 are free if accompanied by paying adult.
