Here's a photo of the Navy's newest San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock, the USS Green Bay, commissioned on January 24th. She was docked in Long Beach getting fuel. They had heavy security all around her, land and sea, this was the best shot I could get. From what I understand her home port is to be San Diego. I missed the actual "open ship" event, with a chance to go aboard her.

• On your own time, visit all the sites that Long Beach, California has to
offer including:
The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library
The Queen Mary
Disneyland
Aquarium of the Pacific
Universal Studios Hollywood
Six Flags Magic Mountain

Seems to me Ravishing Ronalds Library is at least 80 miles north west of Long Beach up the 405 and towards Simi Valley.
May be they were thinking of Tricky Dicky's (Nixon) Library which is much closer in Orange County.

Magic Mountain is also quite a hike from Long Beach.

I suppose the Cheese Heads will find out the hard way when they fight the L.A. traffic to get to these places.
