Sorry for the lame image. It was way out of range but I was interested in the mounts in the front. Anyone know what they are used for?

Looks like an old DHC-8-202Q Dash 8.  It was previously operated by Horizon Air and a quick search on FAA's Registry Inquiry reveals that the owner is now Win Win Services LLC out in Delaware.  Where did you take this?
