Yes, it had been painted in Ft Worth, but not yet delivered.

Looks like a new marking under the canopy.

I am guessing the vertical line is a guide for the pilot when they get out so they know where the ladder is located.  Since it is on the other side of the nose chine, I bet that they have no visibility.
