Those T-33's  are pieces of  <bleep> <bleep> <bleep>"the Planes not the pics!" plus their A models with J-33 and will have to be registered as experimental. pain in the butt! better off with  ex-canadian CL-30-CT-133 such as the Planes of fame  T-33& the black/gray one pic above By PhantomPhan uh oh yeah 1974!" J/K! 8)which those have the RR Nene engine + 25% more power, standard cat. which " can land @ ktoa"
and there Cheap! but t nobody is buying. The  Canadians are releasing the ones in storage for $30,000 flyable! my buddy bought 2 of them and are now for sale for $125,000 apiece has had them for a year and a half & still no takers, the going price for one I feel is $50,000 + with the cost of jet A rapidly rising, a Guy I know just traded his T-33/CL-30 for a T-6 an even trade. his T-bird is worth 50-60 grand theT-6 is worth $150,000,  getting to the point, there is not a high market or really no money to be made restoring and selling a T-33, Dont get me wrong!, there cool planes but the market value is really low for the type  a restoration for the type , coming out of D-M and ground up  before you know it your 150-300grand into it and when you sell it ,if lucky you'll get 50-100 grand for it!

The T-33 is a under valued aircraft , Historical cool looking fun to fly jet if I had a little extra cash I'd have one in a heartbeat! since the subject is t-33's how about zapping the one @ KTOA on the pole with an APsocal sticker  <laughing><laughing>
