I heard RC helicopters pilots can`t fly a helicopter and Helicopter pilots can`t fly an RC......they are entirely different in control inputs.

And even the RC guys crash en routinely ......as ive seen plenty of times.

And my flight Simulator Jetranger is a nightmare to fly......actually , i can`t fly it  , i CAN crash it......but i can fly a real R-22 (well i could in 1992).

I can somewhat fly fixed wing RC trainer aircraft, but the landings >:D  I broke 2 props the last time I was out at Lake Mead and I need a lot more practice. But the plane is still in one piece. I discovered out at Lake Mead that the landing strip is too short for beginners, so I went out and bought a smaller electric RC trainer airplane, but I still need to put together.

The best way to learn how to fly RC aircraft is using an RC simulator.  It can be just as much fun as Microsoft's Flight Simulator.

LOL I can do both!   <laughing>   ;)

I know a few pilots to who can do both, but I would imagine RC is more difficult for basic flight.  The good news is, usually in RC aircraft, if someone makes a mistake no one usually dies, it just costs a lot of money.
