KCAL/KCBS doesn't actually own or lease the helicopters, none of the stations do. We contract with Angel City Air (Which Larry Welk owns. The helicopters are technically registered to Tiny Bubbles Aviation and operated by ACA) for the helicopter service, as does KTLA. 7 and 11 are with Helinet. KNBC has a agreement to share video with KTTV.
