KCAL/KCBS doesn't actually own or lease the helicopters, none of the stations do. We contract with Angel City Air (Which Larry Welk owns. The helicopters are technically registered to Tiny Bubbles Aviation and operated by ACA) for the helicopter service, as does KTLA. 7 and 11 are with Helinet. KNBC has a agreement to share video with KTTV.

Albuquerque, NM News station   KRQE B206, KOAT B206 and KOB4 R44.  Side Note KOAT Helo was shot by ground fire Oct/2013 during Balloon Fiesta coverage receiving three bullet hole in the airframe.
