It was a great show that's for sure! I have the Super Hornet footage up now. I should have the Raptor up later today hopefully.

8) The shot of the DC-10 tanker with the snow in the background is off the hook<rocker>

Thanks Midnight Mover, that shot ended up being one of my favorite shots of the show.

I saw them taking photos of the crowd around us, but I didn't know one of the them took a picture of me.

A few from Sunday.

Those of us who were on the Fri noon C-17 Media Flight would be interested is seeing photos of the departure if anyone has them.

We know what it felt like, but not what it looked like.

Just watch out going into the museum, I tried going in and they wanted to inspect my camera backpack, which I had no problem with. They then told me I could not bring in my 100-400 lens because it was a professional Lens, and that they would have to charge me $250.00 to shoot from inside the museum.

I think they didn't know what they were doing to be honest. They asked me if it was a professional lens, I know better than to say yes. The woman who checked me was hesitant, but she let me in.  I was the first one to go into the museum when it opened. I honestly think it was one person not knowing what to do.  Like it was said, they were telling everyone not to shoot the base (same woman told me), but then everyone was shooting the base out there, and we had several museum staff talking to us.  I figured they were out there to watch us, but if they were, they said nothing when we'd point the cameras at the base as the aircraft landed.
