I actually like this better.  Displaying the thumbnail doesn't have such a "in your face" demeanor when displaying your photos at full resolution.  Definitely a lucky catch for us who where there.  Patience did pay off handsomely that Christmas Eve's afternoon.

Happy New Year,, my husband and I spent Christmas in Michigan visiting my mom and son who is in college there. It was COLD! anyway,,didn't see much exciting stuff, but did capture this "baby 747" at Las Vegas airport. We were waiting for our flight to LAX,, I took this through the window...anyway the reg # said it belonged to the Sands Corp.

Agreed!  We (Midnight Mover and I) saw her parked on the apron alongside its 767 sibling just over the weekend when we were at CES.  Didn't capture any shots, but great catch.  Not often you get to see it at that angle when it's on the move. :)
