I see Damon has a video up already from two days before this practice, but I figured I would up my post count by adding my video from this year as well. :) My wife bought me an HD camcorder, so it was the first time I attempted to get video out there. I usually shoot with the Nikon.

Some of you may have already seen it, I wore the heck out of it on a couple of the other boards.  :D It's basically a continuous video of the practice, maneuver to maneuver... with dead space edited out. For the best possible quality of course you can watch it on HD in the non embedded version.

And don't forget to crank the volume and enjoy the sound of freedom.  ;D
