Is there a fuel vent right there in the middle of the wing? Looks like a hole punched through the skin to me...  ??? Doesn't look like a door or anything that's intended to be there...

if it's like in the F-16, it's the fuel overpress vent...
usually, no fuel comes out of it, now might have a internal vent press issue.   ;)

It's called coming from the days of film and tight budgets. Gotta know when to shoot, and when to hold off.
