As part of the Western Museum of Flight community outreach and holiday spirit, the Museum is presenting a Holiday Open House on 7 December at their location on the Torrance Airport.

Enjoy a ride in a Beech C-45, Stearman PT-17 or a Robinson R-44 helicopter or purchase a Flight Gift Certificate. There will be static displays of several warbirds including the AD/A1-E Skyraider along with vintage bi-planes.

Select gifts from a wide variety of aerospace and science hobbies. Browse through nose art, posters, flight jackets, orginal aviation oils, prints and books.  Visitors are invited to enjoy the Museum, aircraft and appreciate the aviation experience.

Refreshments and open cockpit photos opportunities are available.

The Western Museum of Flight is an extension of the Southern California Historical Aviation Foundation (SCHAF). The Vision of WMOF and SCHAF are to capture the imagination and inspire achievement through memorable aviation related experiences that celebrate the rich S. California Aerospace Legacies.  Become a member. Become a volunteer at the Museum.

The Museum is open four days a week, Weds, Fri, Sat and Sunday.

Parking available in the lot directly in front of the Museum on Airport Drive.

Had a nice relaxing time yesterday with all yesterday.  When I get a chance to edit and put on something to take to work to download.  Looks like my computer issue is the network card.  >:(
