Anyone going Monday?  Never been there where is a good place to take photos?

Thanks! :)

I looked up on google map, and it looks like the corner of Windsock and La Media Rd, or just south looks like a good spot.  Looks like ample off road parking on the fenceline of the airport there.  I've never been, but i'm sure that will be good.  UNLESS....they land coming in from the west.  I was down in the area of Friday, and planes were landing in that direction.  IF that is the case there are not really any good spots, unless you can get into the auto junkyards...

FYI: They do gentle three point landings with her.
The sound of takeoff is pretty gnarly.

Yesterday around sunset, some guy brought his 1929 Dodge Brothers Phaeton on to the ramp and parked it next to Fifi and the Mustang for a mini photoshoot.  I'll get some pix up in the next day or 2.

Nice!!! Just got back from seeing Fifi fly.  She had 2 flights at 10 and 11,  i guess they were a little behind.  Beautiful aircraft to see fly, and a first i might add!  I'll post some pics later.

Look for her at Camarillo and Burbank now and next week

Well, Palm Springs today, then Camarillo.  ...and VEGAS after Burbank.  It would be awesome to shoot her next to a 747.
