Amazing those DC-8s are still working hard.....solid plane.

No kidding, my uncle used to call them "pencil jets", i remember them flying out of Long Beach with only zinc chromate for paint, and four "black" plumes of smoke ;D

Good to see Boeing still making the 747 more than 35 years after the first one was built. Is No 1 still around or has it beem scraped?

#1 is actually at the Museum there at BFI. From where Damon was standing to get that shot, it's right behind him and back a few hundred yards.
