Probably be a few years to plan what will happen

But the website says we are having a Fair this year

$56.5-million winning bid for O.C. Fairgrounds is far less than estimated value

The $56.5-million high bid by a private real estate group wanting to purchase the Orange County Fairgrounds is significantly less than the state estimated the property is worth.
Craig Realty won the bidding for the landmark, but the bid was so low it's still unclear whether the state will accept it.

OC Fair "Demo Derby" is this weekend (7-24 & 25). 2 on Saturday and one (RV) on Sunday
