Hey nice shot there, Mike!

I got some GREAT video of tanker 55 today, of all the bombers that went out, #55 was consistently the one who kept it the lowest, the longest, esp his first takeoff today. I don't have any way of putting it on you tube right now, but if anyone's interested, I can put it onto dvd..........his first takeoff - his gear was still down even after he'd reached the end of the concrete, and was at that point over the desert, still VERY VERY low. Usually the gear is up completely before they've hit the end of the runway and they're starting to climb. This one began his climb later than I've ever seen before. There was another guy out there filming with me and he too thought that it was the lowest he'd ever seen as well.

Looks like Jim & Brian got some more good stuff today!! Nice cobra and low fly over shots!! My wife is keeping me home from the action.

Hey Nate glad you like the Pano shot. I wish I could sell some shots -- have not figured out how yet. People just want copies or an e-mail.

Thanks!
Missed you out there Michael but they did knock off early.

Hey, were you up in the tower for that superb pano shot?  <thumbsup>

Great stuff Brian and Jim! The action at Fox keeps rollin'!

My S-2s were up there too. I didn't even notice 72 and 73 were gone.

Great stuff Michael, Jim and Brian.  Michael, I know what you mean..... ;D  Scoopers where out in my area yesterday.  Watching from gym.   Small fire off of Crenshaw Blvd, maybe started by car accident.  Both Scoopers came in and make at least one drop each.  I think one of the county 412's brought in a hotshot crew to help.

Damon make a trip out to Fox-- you'll like it, Hey Jim, the Pano shot was done from the tower. They have a cat walk around it.  Kinda far away from the action though.
