Some night shots I took at Skyharbor while in Az for the Heritage Conference. There is a GREAT spot to shoot from, just off I-10 @ exit 152 (40th St @ University Dr). The only thing between you and the southernmost runway is the Salt River.

I'll be in Phoenix all next week.  I may be able to make it over to the airport.  What are the best settings to use for shooting jets?  I know prop settings well, but I haven't really shot jets much. 
Equipment:  Canon EOS 50D; 28-135mm IS 3.5-5.6  Saving up for the Canon 100-400L.
