Yesterday, the Tuskegee Airmen were honor with a fleet of general aviation planes names after surviving members living in the Los Angeles area. They autographed each plane. An application has been filed with the FAA to redesignate the call signs of theses plane (which have been painted with a red tail) to "Red Tail Angle #" The # being 1, 2, through 8. A truly historic day.

Nice shot?  I may have seen another signed plane in the past at Torrance.  Was this at Compton's open house?  Looks like it might be the one behind this one.
