Hey Kaibil, the park is on Ocean Park Blvd and 25th St. (Clover Park), and If you want to go to another spot you can go to the South side of the field.. You can shoot from the observation deck which is on Airport Ave and Donald Douglas Loop South, you will see a flag pole, then go to the 2nd or 3rd floor. ;)

Saw and heard the MD take off yesterday too. Think it was the same one. The EC hovered over to Atlantic from the pad as well and that was it. It was already almost 7pm at that time. Nice ones Fernando.
Thanks Damon, the EC-130 landed around 3:17pm, and the 500 around 3:37. Yeah the EC130 landed at Atlantic then hovered taxi to the city pad, after dropping off passengers. Yesterday was fun at SMO! ;)
