Title: Conoco Refinery Stack Fire

I'm over here in San Pedro and it looks like one of the Conoco Phillips Petroleum Los Angeles Refinery stacks is on fire.

From what I've heard, they had a complete power outage and they needed to burn some stuff off. Doesn't look very healthy. ::)

What's a power  outage got to with all that fire and smoke?
