What happened is he was automatically deleted for inactivity by the forum.
How it picks its prey:=> User has not visited for 21 days or more
==> An Initial Email Sent
===> Another 21 days passes and user still has not visited
====> A Final Email Sent
=====> Another 21 days passes and user still has not visited and has made less than 6 posts
======> Will Delete User Account
