Fifi running 2 plus hours late from KPSP to KCMA.
Weather is not the best here in the Valley at the Warner Ctr and I hear similar at KCMA so delays maybe weather related.
Just got home from there, and yeah she was running late, but we all found way to entertain ourselves! =) 9 hours I wouldnt rather spend anywhere else anyways hehehe. The moment she came into view being escorted by a Mustang, Spitfire, Bearcat, Hellcat, and a Zero all the waiting was forgotten!

FiFi and her escorts arrived just after between 2:30 and 3:00pm. Original schedule was 11:00am. With lots of times forcasted between. All good fun while we waited around, though.

I didn't say we had to wait 9 hours, I said 9 hours there lol. ot there about 10, left at almost 7 ;-) Not counting 5 hours drive time. And all worth it! Will post some of my pics tonight

Ohhhhhhhhhhhh Jealous! That last shot was the one I wanted!!! You guys know me and my love for shooting the planes alone at night!!!!! Great job.
P.S. Did you shoot this in raw? If so, what I do with a lot of my night shots like this is set my white balance to florescent and adjust from there, it can give the photos a whole different look if you wanted to try that ;-)

While I loved the fact I had the opportunity for a night photo, I was completely unhappy with the barrage of yellow that came from the floodlights on the CAF ramp.
Thats where the white balance settings come in, at least for me. I wont hi jack this thread lol, but if you want to PM me I can show you a couple examples. Also if you shoot in raw you can adjust this post when opening the photo, so you can try it on the photos you already have.
