I might be able to go, not sure yet. <apscs>
Going to try on May 3rd. Usually spend 1/2 time at base and other 1/2 at Museum. Follow the light (behind you)
I'll definitely be there Friday May 2, and possibly Saturday May 3.
I'll definitely be there Saturday May 3, and Sunday May 4 <rocker> Gotta work on Friday :'(

You want to go to this one Fernando, I went for the first time in 06 and it was great <rob>
Still wondering why I did not go to earlier ones ::)
It sounds good... 95% sure that I will go. ;)
Cool ;)
You guys want to meet up before the show? I've never shot this one. Anyone know the best places to set up camp?

I usually shot 1/2 the day on base and the other half at the museum (fee) I am going on the 3rd.
Sounds good, I will be there both days. I have only been there once before, but it was fun shooting from the crowd line on base. I have not been on the museum side yet :P
Can you guys save me a spot on the line? I going to get there a little late.
I think in 06, I was on the far Left ;)

Thanks for letting me tag-a-long with you and your dad. It was a great show with the Cal Fire DC-10 demo the highlight for me. Yeah, the light on the museum side was better for the second half of the show but some of the passes were too far towards the base crowd line to really get a good shot. A lot of my shots have heat wave problems.

Got back at about 7:30PM :o What a killer weekend <rob> You guys didn't miss much today. Bad lighting on eather side. Thunderbirds had maintenance and timing problems, and the great wall of dirt >:D The museum definitely had better light after 1PM. I think in 2010 I will still be on the base side though. Most of the show has good lighting except for the flight team. But we have seen them so many times I don't know if it maters that much. Also static photos had great lighting after Saturdays show. Jim (Sparkvark) and I shot till they kicked us out <rocker> Great seeing everybody again. I will post some tomorrow, to tired for now <sleep>
Glad everyone had a good time. Here are some Cal Fire shots.
Nice shots, D.
Thanks, you to G!
Very cool photos guys! <apscs> I wish I had the time like you guys...
Nice ones Eric!
Killer DC-10 photos :o The Cal Fire DC-10 demo was a dream come true. I thought they were joking when Gordon announced that the DC-10 was going to do a fly by and then do a 10,000 gallon drop <xmas> Christmas came early this year <cheers>
Some photos from base side <present>
The great wall of dirt on Sunday >:D
Random shots #1 ;)
Thunderbirds and Raptor ;)
Great shots Robert. Here are some more of mine.
Nice photos Damon. <cheers>
Great shots, everyone! Keep 'em coming!
Thanks, great shooting, Damon, Glenn, and Eric. Did not see the small C17, very cool ;)
Anybody care to weigh in on the alleged "Sonic Boom" debate on Fencecheck. I did not hear one but some people at the museum side called me and said there was one >:D
Thunderbird # 12. It's good to see our tax dollars are well spent ;)
(Nikon with 600mm lens) <cheers>
