Places that sell police uniforms, maybe or law enforcement supplies.

If you need it right away, I know a place here in the Santa Monica/ Culver City area, I know you said OC area though (PM me if you need more info). If you dont need it right away you can order it from www.officerstore.com

Big 5 Sporting Goods sell it too or atleast use to when I worked there many years ago. There is the one at Crenshaw and PCH next to Panera.
