Thanks for the replies and interest.
As far as aviation images are concerned - choose your "top three" - showing off your creative skills, moment in time, technical abilities. Write a small profile about yourself (.txt file) and, for each image, the EXIF data, your cropping and adjustments made etc - this is what interests readers (this should be contained in a .txt file as well). The image spec - resize to 1200pixels longest edge and at 120DPI resolution - attach these file to an email along with your .txt files and email to lecirquevolant@gmail.com. That should just about do it - oh, visit http://harryblack.wordpress.com for inspiration.

Hey people, I am the editor for eDIGImag's (®) e-magazine le Cirque Volant, the aviation photographers journal. I am doing a feature on "Aviation Photographers of Southern California" and I would like each member to contribute at least one image for the February 2009 Issue. I get loads of contributions from around the world, USA included, but nothing specific from CA. Obviously, all copyrights are noted according to international norms, so no worries about someone pinching your pictures - the e-magazine le Cirque Volant is in secured PDF format.
If you do submit an image or two, the file specs are - 1200 pixels longest side, at 120DPI Jpeg. also include a caption, EXIF data, and a profile on yourself, the submitter.

Looking forward to it!

I think most would be willing, if you could give some details that have been requested and an e-mail address members can submit to I will make a global announcement to all the members.
