P-38 has not departed yet.  Approx 20 min flight from Chino to TOA. Going to head there now from the Valley.

P-38, P-51 and B-25 are scheduled to arrive between now -2pm for a retirement party at the WMOF(Private Event) But most likely aircraft will be parked on the tarmac where they can be seen.  Keith is trying to get departure time.
