The one and only time I was at Mugu in 1987 all the opening acts flew (including F-14/F-4), and then the marine layer came in.  Blues did 2 flat passes then landed.

2013 is a ways away, but that might be the best chance to get a peek at the ATAC Kfirs.

I've heard that the Blue Angels have'nt been performing there at NBVC  Pt. Mugu  because of the marine layer that always hangs around.

Yeah, looking back at the threads there were shows in 2010 and 2007 (looks like a tri-annual event) but both those had the T-Birds.

Its been awhile.  I think 2009 or 2010 when some of us got media access (basically tent and chairs) but it was cool the same....

USN Blue Angels

I know this one is pretty far out on the horizons, but i thought it was interesting that the Blues will be making an appearance there in 2013. 

Anyone recall the last time the Blues flew at Mugu?
