***Major schedule change, but now this is much more set in stone so to speak.  Sadly had some cancellations so i had to remove several things. :(  However, the manager of the airfair committee has said something along the lines of 'there are some surprises in the works'.  When he says that, better take him seriously. ;)***

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 24:

*0500-0700: Arrivals/setup of the static displays
*0700-1100: Pancake Breakfast
*0700-1600: Static Displays
*0730-0900: RC Airplane/Jet Demo
*0800-1100: Young Eagles sign ups and flights
*1100-1500: Flight Demonstrations
*1000-1400: Tri-Tip Lunch
*1600-2100: Red House BBQ Dinner and movie in Airport Park

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 25:

*0500-0700:  Static display setup
*0700-1100:  Pancake Breakfast
*0800-0805:  Civil Air Patrol Color Guard
*0805-0810:  National Anthem
*0810-0815:  T38 Flyby (Sunday only!)
*0800-1100:  Young Eagles- sign up, simulator, and ground instruction
*0800-1100:  Tethered Hot Air Balloon Rides (weather permitting)
*1000-1400:  Tri Tip Lunch
*1100-1500:  Flight Demonstrations
*1500-2000:  End of event- breakdown, clean up, depart

Notes:  I will be attending and looking forward to it!  These shows are lots of fun.  This will be our biggest show yet!!  Dress for warm weather during the day, but bring your sweater/jacket just in case, as it gets cold quick in the evenings.  I will post directions if anyone needs them.  Just let me know.
