The article is nearly 2 years old, November of 2008. Outside of the expansion of the Bradley Terminal, none of the other work proposed in the article has even begun. Not going to see it in 2013 if at all.

Here is the scale model for Los Angeles International (KLAX). There will be a passenger bridge that will span high enough that an A-380 will be able to taxi underneath. I know one picture is fuzzy.
