I'm thinking it should be a free tour. All the naval ships that I have been on are always free of charge. Hmmm, I might try and make it over myself if I can.

The South Korean Navy visits San Pedro, CA. Two frigates are on display for the public today through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.     http://www.presstelegram.com/news/ci_15614668
