The Huey had Shayne on board from W & R. I really like the Seawolf Paint the Huey is in now. Nate and I had an interesting conversation with Shayne a few weeks ago about the history of Navy Seawolf Hueys during Vietnam. Very cool! I wish I could have made it to Riverside to see everything though.

I was there! CAF's 'D-Day Doll', POF's P-51D 'Spam Can', and an unknown Vietnam era Huey flew a heck of a lot of passes over the parade route, pretty low.  The Huey seemed near treetop level.  D-Day Doll made some really great low passes as well.  Photos up soon!

The Salute To Veterans Parade Committee is pleased to announce the 5th annual Salute To Veterans Parade will be held (rain or shine) in downtown Riverside on Saturday, April 17th, 2009. The parade route will be the same as the first four parades (staging area is changing), and the time of the parade remains 10:00 a.m. until noon. You and your organization are invited to participate in this exciting parade as we once again salute all our veterans.
