BTW - the WASP was down for a while due to needing a inspection.  (Reached the certain number of flight hours)

Interestingly, a company won the contract, but failed to finish the work (or something like that).

I am glad it is back in the air.

I searched the tail number and got this--
A DC-10-10 used by Raytheon USA, N910SF (c/n 46524) has made a stop at HNL. The former American Airlines wide-body was purchased by the US Government, for the Missile Defense Agency, to use in testing missile defense systems. It's also known as the WASP - Widebody Airborne Sensor Platform.

All I heard on the scanner was March tower telling '' 1 Cleared for take off 32'' expecting a C-17, here is what I got.
