Cool, I heard they just laded at SMO (RWY 21) for about 1 minute then took off, and they were delayed for about 1 minute due to an airplane on a short approach.

I was heading to SMO when I saw 3 CH-46's with an ASTAR on their 6 o'clock flying east bound on the north side of the field. Someone told me that they were filming this new movie called "Battle of Los Angeles" and is suppose to come out in 2011.

Too bad I got there 1 minute late and did't get any shots!!    <bleep>
but I did see a lot of photographers up on the observation deck.   ::)
