   Im in Tarzana....if your going to VN or LAX let me know  , id really like to check out the Tokina.......and maybe take a couple shots with it. I need a lens for cockpits and interiors.

The wide angles delayed......my 18-200mm VR took a dump today , during a shoot , good thing i had the 70-300mm VR with me.

  Somethings rattling in the lens and the apeture is stuck.......i have 50,000 shots thru it and more sand than a desert inside it. It has the 5 year warranty.....should be interesting if NIKON fixes it. I bet not.....

I just bought a 18-100mm VR ( super smooth lens)today on craigs list. As a back up till the 18-200 VR is fixed.

I had the 12-24, that is the one that broke in half when I dropped it, but it was a great lens.  It just can't take the 3-4 ft drop, thats all.   :-\

anyone have the TOKINA 12-24mm F4 or the Tokina 11-16mm f2.8 ? On Nikon ?
