There was a TV show on the History or Discovery Channel on 10/31/09 about The U.S. Army Proving Grounds at Dugway Utah. These 3 guys were trying to find out what was going on there. Part of it was the Army base and another part was an Air Force Base. Dugway was being described as The New Area 51.

Yahoo Maps says it's the Wendover Air Force Range. Looks like F-4s, F-16s and maybe a few F-15s. Hard to tell.

A friend pointed this out to me... go to 40 26' 00.44"N 113 17' 04.61"W on Google Earth... its northwest of Dugway, UT. Looks like an airfield used for target practice...complete with real aircraft!
