At least the CHP should get the Saleen MUstangs I'd wait for the first ones to be retired and then go buy one. BTW the City of Coronado has a high performance Mustang GT. Any of you comming to Coronado and to Dog Beach beware. Its all black except the doors they are white and it had a civilian Cal Liscense Plate. All That in a city where the max speed is 25MPH.

Quite a few are switching.  Just some depts are vested in the Vic with parts that are specific to it.  That's why LA Co Sherriff has none or it will be awhile even though Charger is a better car.  I miss the C91 Caprice's. :'(

Looks like almost all Police/Sheriff departments are upgrading... LAPD and CCPD have chargers too...

A Dodge Charger too. That is definately NEW.  The Oceanside police department has some Charger police cars  as well.  Don't think SDPD has any though.

This Car is a Jackson County Sheriff car serving Jackson County Minnesota. Where my home town is located in southwest Minnesota.

This is one of three police cars serving my home town, Lakefield Minnesota population 1,721. The City of Lakefield is 2 miles north of Interstate 90 at Exit 64 and is about 80 miles east of Sioux Falls South Dakota.
