Easy access to get there?  Great shots Glen!!

Thanks. Type in "Walnut Canyon Reservoir" in Google Maps to get the location. There is a public path along the west side of the reservoir.

Are those chopper picking up sea water or is that fresh water from a resevoir near by. I was watching a later video of the qualifing for the NHRA Finals they showed big clouds of smoke to the north, the west, and to the south in Orange County presumably.

They are picking up water from the Walnut Canyon Res.

Teriffic shots......you had the sun on your side. Very nice.

The Firehawk is from Brainerd/Firehawk helicopters out of Florida. That Airframe was a Ex-Hong Kong SAR UH-60L. And it has a new sheme. I really don`t know why they don`t tank em....OK...MONEY.

Anyway , good stuff.....
