Try Tyler Rogoway at Hangar71.com.  I've meet him before out at a photoshoot in El Centro and he is a really nice guy and I think one of the better shooters out there.  I'm pretty sure Portland is his home base, try asking him.

Sorry. I don't, Seattle on the other hand....  Try flickr.  I contacted a few shooters in Seattle and got tips not only for aviation but other stuff too!
