NAF El Centro Photocall - February 28, 2020

This is the super exclusive Blue Angeles Photocall. APSC has 13 slots (subject to change) plus a few alternates. Please submit a request by 2/16/2020 by 11:59 pm to be considered.

Please read this notice in its entirety!! If it is not followed exactly you may not be invited to the Photocall.

APSC is now establishing a list for members wishing to be invited to the Photocall at NAS El Centro.
You must be a current member of APSC in good standing to be eligible to attend.

Make absolutely sure you can attend the date above. If you should cancel and we cannot fill your space, it may count against you for future Photocalls.

Please read the requirements below carefully as incomplete e-mails will not be accepted.

Send an e-mail to airshow@socal.rr.com with "NAF El Centro Photocall - February 28, 2020" in the subject line if you want to be invited with the following information. (Yes, all 6 items are required to be considered)

1. Name: First & Last
2. APSC forum member name
3. Number of posts on APSC forum to date
4. Cell phone number
5. E-mail address
6. Attach a signed and dated Photocall Policy and Release of Liability form.

If you attend the Photocall, we will need:

A copy of your best 10 to 25 JPEG photos from the Photocall sized at 3000 x 2000 @ 300 dpi resolution with 100% file quality. Your photos will be added to a photo repository and sent to the Photocall Facility and used by used the Photocall Facility for any purpose they deem appropriate. All content submitted must be fully post processed and not contain watermarks, borders or digital dust. Deadline for submission is March 9, 2020 by 11:59 pm.

Please note that posting photos from the Photocall to the APSC forum, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter is highly desirable!

Aviation Photographers of Southern California requires a Photocall Policy and Release of Liability form to participate in the Photocall. This form must be signed before you can be placed on the list for entry to the event. Please download, sign and include this form as an attachment in the email request.
