I think if they just called it what it is, a "fly by" instead of a "demo" it would be impressive.  Hopefully when the newness wears off they won't be so shy with it and give it a full demo.

Yeah on the Miramar websites the said it was a TAC demo. 

IF that is all it can tactical do, we taxpayers got screwed! 

I'm sure it will get much better in years to come.

I wonder why they didn't do a Harrier Demo during the day?  Simply because they had the F-35?   There was definitely enough down time between 11-12 and about 30 minutes prior to the blues.

Also if anyone is interested (and i saw this on Wikipedia...so take it for what it is worth), I read that the F-35B is not cleared to fly past 400 knots and 4.5g's due to the engine fire one of the test aircraft had back in June

Didn't know that.  Thought they had cleared them.....
