It's kinda missing a wheel in the front...

They aren't trying to get it flying again are they?  I only ask becasue i see maintance being done on the engine.

Yes they are.  Its been purchased by that Texas Oil guy.  Rod...something.  But also POF will be doing the resto on it too.
