Grumman S2 Tracker boneyard

Here are a couple of shots that I took yesterday of the Grumman S2 Tracker boneyard yard near St. Augustine, Fl. A total of 9 S-2's were in the feild.

You can really tell the difference between these and those stored in Tucson area.

The ones in Florida get rained on constantly and sit there in a humid environment and are corroding rapidly.
getting to the point where there is not any thing usable left anymore.

The S-2's in Arizona are in better condition and there might be enough to possibly make a restoreable aircraft.
