How do you keep hydrated for 4H in the heat?

Camel Pack?  I assume any bottles of water would be a FOD risk.

They are a FOD risk, but they didn't prohibit them from us in the past. We just need to make sure everyone WATCHES OUT what they're doing. Police your bottles! You drink, and it goes away in the bag immediately. I imagine the first time a Hornet sucks up a water bottle (or even if a bottle has to be chased across the runway) will be the last time anyone is allowed out there.

Camelbaks would be perfect. I was hoping to buy one this time before I go, but I don't know if I'll have the cash. (A lot of them are $100 or more).

Try a surplus store too, but yeah they are not the cheapest.  Also it  a balance as well since once we are out there, there are no facilities if you get my drift.

So where do we go? LoL   >:D

Also, are we all going to meet up for breakfast? If anything, are we allowed to take snack bars?

You can bring just about anything, I had granola bars last year. It just has to be securable so it doesn't turn into FOD.

Yep, good to mention... I was very careful about that last year.

According to www.weatherbug.com all the way through 10/30 daytime highs a NAF El Certro are to be in the low to mid 80's and overnight lows Mid to upper 60's. Maybe along with water and snacks, Some sun tan lotion or some sunblock, or in my case, an unbottened long sleve denim shirt, mostly to cover my arms.
